Step 1.

  • Site Survey
    • Survey includes:
      • Building inspection
        • Roof accessibility
        • Firewalls and other RF obstructions
        • AC power, grounding and environmental controls
      • Identification and/or verification of cable pathways
      • Identify or verify head-end and remote equipment locations
      • Donor and Coverage Antenna – determine or verify possible locations and placements
      • Spectrum analysis
      • Propagation analysis
      • Record RF measurements to understand the current environment and propagation characteristics
      • A detailed report of our findings to the customer

Step 2.

  • Detailed Design
    • Design includes:
      • Understanding the customer’s current and future wireless needs so the proper selection of equipment is recommended
      • A customized solution proposal is presented
        • System overview
        • Proposed equipment locations
        • Proposed antenna types and antenna locations
        • Preliminary cable pathway determination
      • Summary of system capabilities
      • Budgetary pricing is presented

Step 3.

  • Professional Installation
    • Installation includes:
      • Equipment ordering
      • Cable installation (coax, fiber, copper), termination and testing
      • Equipment pre-staging and configuration
      • Installation of the head-end and remote equipment
      • Integration and provisioning of the head-end and remote equipment (turn-on and test)
      • Coordination with TELUS as required for design approval, rebroadcast agreements and commissioning (system activation)
      • Attention to details – neat and orderly cable installation, aesthetically pleasing installation, removal of trash and debris
