As a TELUS Product Care Centre our warranty & repair program is designed to cover all warranty and repair scenarios for your mobile device.

Here’s our quick and easy process:

  1. Visit any Pacific CoastCom location. Click here to see our locations.
  2. A store representative will inspect your device and attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue can’t be resolved onsite, your device is shipped to the manufacturer’s authorized service centre for assessment.
  3. To ensure you stay connected, we will provide you with a loaner device while your device is being assessed and repaired.
  4. In-warranty devices will be repaired free of charge, however if your device is out-of-warranty, we will call you with a price quote and any alternatives before proceeding with the repair.
