TELUS Alert and Assist is a lone worker safety solution designed to help improve the safety of field workers, while improving business compliance with Federal and Provincial Work Alone legislation.
In an emergency, mobile workers can send an alert at the push of a button, providing their current location to one or more contacts. Alert details are received on a feature rich web portal and via SMS or email for mobile contacts. The system also has mobile worker tracking, a check in feature, no motion alert and extensive historical reporting.
